To EGOD or not to EGOD, that is (sort of) the question.

We initially took up home at EGOD because of many varied reasons no doubt(I can't remember what they were)

The ICAO code was EGOD because that's what it was in the FG Database.

Now Llanbedr is an active airfield once again they have changed the ICAO to EGFD - shock horror.

With FG being a Simulator and us being the custodians of this little oasis of insanity - shouldn't we look to campaigning whoever is required to have the ICAO adjusted to be correct?

Also Rwy 14/32 needs to be adjusted to 15/33

What do we think. Can we cope with Change?

Just as a note the ICAO has actually been EGFD since 2014 now.... which makes FG only 3 years out of date ;)

Ive found out how to add it to the bugtracker in X-Plane but it doesn't seem it's been fully regenerated there since 2013 which might account for it. It could just be waiting for the next Cycle:

Well, even if it has changed, I wouldn't stand calling EGOD in another way than EGOD, TBH, especially since ours is very customised now.

If I remember rightly, It is to become the UK's space port or a good contender.
